We want you to love your BELLA CHIC items! If your order does not meet your expectations please let us know. We want to get your order right. Please see our return policy below.

 

The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through bellachic.ca. All pop-up event purchases are final sale.

 

• Send all returns to BELLA CHIC, Box 413, White City, SK CANADA S4L5B1

• We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns.

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the receive date.

• Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and tags must be attached.

• Original invoice must be included in your return package.

• Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed.

• We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for return processing.

• Orders including preorder items will ship together once complete order is in stock.

• All accessories and sale items are final sale.

• Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.

• At this time prepaid return labels are not available.

• Return shipping is non-refundable.

*BELLA CHIC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.
